Cotton Cleaning & Distributing System
It consist of pneumatic raw cotton conveying system which conveys raw cotton in a ducting by way of suction and then it is cleaned in a pre cleaner machine.
Pre Cleaner Machine: Is a machine which removes impurities such as farm waste, dust , small stones and other foreign particles and also it opens cotton balls which results in a smooth ginning in either saw gin or roller gin and also it ensures long life of ginning machine
Then from here raw cotton is convey through belt conveyor and with the help of sensor system cotton is feeded to each roller/saw gin in a perfect proportion resulting in higher output and almost zero wastage
Then after cotton is ginned in either saw gin or roller gin the lint is again convey by means of pneumatic suction system to post cleaner machine and cotton seed are convey by screw conveyor to the elevator and then again it gets conveys to the desired location
Post Cleaner Machine: is a machine which cleans the lint by revolving it at a high speed resulting in removing of seed remains, dust and other foreign particles which improves lustier and also protect fiber from deteriorating
After this lint cotton is convey through ducting either into pala hall or directly to press in way lint cotton is defogged for getting desired moisture content in fiber.
The above system results in considerable man power saving and also it leads to efficient working of plant to almost its full capacity without any problem as whole system is digitally controlled by sensor at various point and also it has necessary bye pass system where if any of the part of above system fails the plant keeps working.
